Recipients and Selection Criteria
- Age: 18-30 years old
- Education: High School Certificate holder
- Residency: Resident of Aguata LGA
- Status: Orphan or vulnerable youth
- Business Idea: Innovative and feasible business plan
Candidates are invited to submit applications for grants to support vocations, trades, farming, or other entrepreneurship ventures that contribute to life-sustaining endeavors.
The grant application process will be overseen by Selfless 4 Africa, a dedicated organization committed to fostering economic and social development across the continent. Selfless 4 Africa will carefully review all applications, considering factors such as the potential impact of the proposed project, the feasibility of the business plan, and the candidate’s commitment to community development.
After a thorough vetting process, Selfless 4 Africa will shortlist three candidates from each town or region, based on their potential to create meaningful and sustainable change. These shortlisted candidates will then be sent to the Aguata Union (AU) for further screening and final determination. The AU will evaluate the shortlisted candidates, considering the alignment of their projects with broader developmental goals and strategies. Successful candidates will receive the necessary support and resources to bring their vision to life, fostering entrepreneurship and sustainable development throughout the continent.
Candidates must be Secondary school graduates who have successfully completed their Secondary School graduation exams and have acceptance letter to their University of Choice.
